Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Strategist who’s not just a thinker but also a doer—someone with a knack for communication, strategy, and numbers.
At Think Orion, we help e-learning providers and course creators increase their revenue month-over-month. Your main playground will be overseeing projects from the moment the sales team brings a client on board. But it doesn’t end there. We’re looking for someone who’s perpetually hungry for learning and driven to be the best in their field.
Your mission? To grow projects beyond their boundaries while being the primary point of contact for the client. Leading a team across media buying, tracking, creative, and copy (yes, you’ll be a part in the copywriting yourself), you will help us, and our clients, shoot for the stars.

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of projects after the sales handover and set the stage for maximum growth.
- Maintain regular and insightful communication with clients, including calls and progress updates.
- Lead a cross-functional team specializing in media buying, tracking, creative, and copy.
- Contribute to copywriting efforts to ensure message coherence and effectiveness.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies and set actionable goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and present regular reports to both the client and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot challenges and identify new growth opportunities.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance bonuses. We measure success by performance—both yours and ours.
